Test and a cake

I had my test last Monday. I thought it went very well. I thought I got a B. C at the very very worst. I went to pick up my test Wednesday. Before they were handed out the Professor said that the grades were low. The highest was 78 (out of 85) and there were some even in the 20s. But its the first test. And for me its the first test in nine years. I was last in school in 99-00. I didn’t take good notes in the first two chapters. I was just getting back into it. But I still felt really good about it and was thinking I got a B.
I got a 21.

Twenty. One.

It said to see the teaching assistant on the top.
I cried all day and went to bed early. I didn’t understand what I did wrong. I studied all weekend. I went over everything and reread a lot of stuff. I thought it might be my meds. I cried some more. Could I really be stupid as a gnat? :(
I went to see the T.A. the next day. 8:30am. First one there. Went over the test a little bit. Turns out my test was in the wrong scantron pile. It was graded wrong.
I got a B. Three points shy of an A.
But it has taken a few more days to recover. I still cried all that day, Thursday. And took a few more days after that. I feel pretty good today though.
I think I need a cake.
